- Please be respectful to our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum while enjoying your stay.

-No smoking inside the unit or in the screened porch area. A penalty for additional cleaning measures of $250 will be charged if found to be in violation!

- No pets allowed (unless approved by the host with an additional fee and security deposit)

- No hair dye (or similar) is to be used on the property (additional fee of $250 or more depending on the damage caused for additional cleaning will be charged)

- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS OR VISITORS for the safety of other guests and residents as mandated by Broward County Guidelines for a Safe reopening. Any violations of this policy will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a $50 penalty/per unregistered visitor. This policy is in place FOR YOUR SAFETY!

- Social distancing must be maintained as per current recent CDC guidelines related to COVID19.

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve

COVID-19 CLEANING PROCEDURES: While our cleaning procedure has ALWAYS been to disinfect the apartments, we have gone a few steps further and added antibacterial Lysol cleaner (labeled under the sink) available to the guests as well as antibacterial soap located at the kitchen sink. Additionally, we utilize a disinfecting OZONE machine in between each guest that cleanses the air of germs by up to 99% as well as leaving the A/C and fan on high for additional ventilation.

The interior of the unit is your own private space that is not shared with others. The pool and laundry areas are shared with other guests.
